Resumo:
In this paper, a case study explores the implementation of structural and functional adaptations at the Salad Bistrô and how it succeeded. To achieve this goal, interviews were made with the owners, a manager and some of our clients. The main results analysis is based on the interviews and consulted documents, focusing on key points such as the reason for the implementation and the strong and weak points of the process. By the end of the case study, the conclusion and suggestions is presented.
