Through interviews in a vegetarian restaurant in Rio de Janeiro, this paper discusses the reasons why vegetarians and non vegetarians consume vegetarian products in Rio de Janeiro. Wanted discuss why not vegetarians they consume vegetarian diet and understand in what situations this actually occurs.
