This paper discusses the economic feasibility analysis of the administrative concession at Mineirão Stadium, aud the characteristics and remuneration forms of a Public Private Partnership between the Government and a Special Purpose Entity (SPE). A feasibility analysis is performed using the methodologies commonly used in corporate finance, namely: Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Payback and Sensitivity Analysis. After using the methods mentioned above came to the conclusion on the feasibility of the project for the concessionaire responsible for the works of modernization and operation of the stadium.
