This monograph aims to identify the perceptions of employees about the system administration conflicts prevalent in the work of a company in the real estate and construction sector, based on Likert s System 4. In this paper, was analyzed the case of FMAC Engineering company, located in the city of Rio de Janeiro. For this, the communication concepts, models and strategies of conflict management, as well as the definition and concepts of System 4 Likert been mentioned.
Accordingly, we identified the predominance of System 3 as Likert rating.
