This work tends to identify which talent of a specific group of academic students of the Escola de Negócios da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. For this matter, the author used specific and precise instruments so that the information gathered was the most accurate, and so, the author used the DISC program, a theory used and studied by many other authors and organizations.
