Resumo:
Negotiation is something that is present in many situations of everyday life and corporative scenario is vital to achieve successful practice. This study presents an analysis of what is the prevailing mindset in a successful company in the financial market. It aims to analyze three authors differing mentalities win-win and win-lose and apply at Faros Investment from a field survey conducted with a sample of employees at headquarters, located in Rio de Janeiro and Branch, located in São Paulo.
