Resumo:
Globalization and the use of social networks is clearly influencing the mode of recruitment and selection of employees of companies, Headhunters and recruitment agencies. The use of social networks, especially LinkedIn, to this end has gained greater importance in recent years. Tending to reduce time and cost of the process, and changing the behavior not only of professionals responsible for the process, but also of candidates. This study aims to determine the degree of use of Linkedin, and if there is influence of Linkedin in the recruitment process of the company object of study.
