This paper aims to evaluate Light S.A. Company through the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method, which is the most used by the market. The choice of the company was based on the fact that Light is a public company and on the current scenario of Brazilian electric department. To develop this paper it was necessary to use assumptions based on market and company analysis, so its future can be projected. Through financial statements analysis and valuation of the company the fair price per share of Light S.A. has been estimated.
