To remain competitive and vibrant business environment companies are increasingly investing in new projects. From the economic conditions in Brazil and a stage for conducting sporting events, the flow of investment for new projects require professionals able to deliver them before deadline and estimated resources. Added to this the actors appear, or agents outside or internal organizations, who are the stakeholders, which can ally or even be an obstacle to achieving the projects. From the interviews we realized the business concern with stakeholder engagement, high concern and manage their involvement in company management. The study shows new trends in project management with the use of new methodologies, and have not been verified in practice models proposed identification and engagement
