The growth of XPTO Engineering over the years caused changes that impacted the structure and organizational processes. From this it became necessary to revise practices, assess current processes and implement actions that would ensure the company s competitiveness in the market. This work deals with the consultancy project implemented in the organization in the second half of 2012 and the restructuring processes of the supply area was performed. Because of changes in this area was possible to decrease the amount of errors in the activities, reduce the amount of overtime, increase productivity, standardize the implementation of activities and assign responsibilities correctly.
