The objective of this study is to verify the existence of a relationship between financial indicators of Sul America SA with the evolution of its shares, represented by unit SULA11, traded on BM & FBOVESPA. This paper analyzed quarterly over a period of five years between 2009 and 2013, as this is the time required to generate assertive conclusions. Throughout this dissertation, based on trends in financial statements have been / will be identified: Balance Sheet (BP), Statement of Income (Income Statement) and Cash Flow (DFC) to make it possible to identify the economic and financial performance of the Company is able to explain the behavior of the shares on the BM & FBOVESPA.
