The following dissertation aimed to investigate the level of satisfaction with the work, the impact in clients post-sale satisfaction and the impact of organization in sales results in the target firm in the Brazilian real estate market. The company being studied was Cyrela Brazil Realty in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The internal atmosphere of the firm and whether the satisfaction of the employees impacted the clients satisfaction were all analyzed as well as the sales results. To do that the concepts of organization, organizational satisfaction, employee as well as client satisfaction were all looked at.
