This study aims to discover the characteristics of residential properties in
Niterói most wanted by the customers. For further analysis, a survey was
conducted to identify which items in a property the consumer prefers.
After analyzing the information collected through the research, the results
allowed us to identify several characteristics that may be present in buildings.
Such considerations may be taken into account by professionals and investors of
real estate sector in order to maintain a competitive differential in the market.
