|
We show in detail how an MeA process is conducted from the initial
negotiation to the time the deal is closed. We also show the financial analysis and
valuation methods traditionally adopted in the market to determine the value of
the target firm. For illustration purposes we apply this procedure to the case of
an actual firm in order to show each step of the process. Due to confidentially
reasons the name of the firm is omitted. The information used to financial
analysis is confidential and the company s name won t be identify.
