Resumo:
The motivation and employee satisfaction is a subject that has preoccupied much contemporary organizations, and has become the object of study in business and academic environments. The present study aimed to examine whether there is relationship between sales goal and motivation. To this end, a survey was conducted, based on the sales team of XYZ S.A. in Rio de Janeiro, seeking to understand the motivational factors of this team regarding sales targets that receive every month.
