|
The present study aims to evaluate the growth strategies adopted by XP
Investments CCTVM S/A, during different phases of operation and that led her to
become the largest independent brokerage firm in the country. To achieve this
goal, we conducted a literature review on strategic planning, growth strategies
and corporate diversification. Interviews with key executives of the company were
also contemplated in the study. Finally, based on the collected data, information
from internal documents and secondary data in this market, were informed
strategic plans prepared by the company as proposed growth.
