This study aimed to observe how ethics has been presented in a practical way on a day by day leadership at three levels, individual microentrepreneurs, microenterprises and small businesses, we seek to compare the discourse of entrepreneurial leader to see if it matches their practice. We investigated traces that may help understand whether ethics has helped or hindered these leaders in the pursuit of longevity and how they are preparing to face the ethical dilemmas that are part of this market, as they are being addressed and how and whether these are being overcome challenges arising from interpersonal relationships and are as current and present in the life of an entrepreneur, but are even more crucial in the lives of professionals in leadership position within micro and small enterprises.
