Resumo:
With the entrance of new generations in the labor market, new features and values also come up, demanding changes and updates in the management models and in actions oftalent attraction and retention in the business world. This study presents an analysis of the perception of the Generation Y in relation to the concept of work-life balance at work and the practices adopted by companies to promote satisfaction and well-being. The main objective of this work is to study which aspects of work-life balance is significant to this new young people of the labor market,guided by a surveywith a sample of graduate students of Business Administration at PUC-Rio.
