This document contains a proposal for an instrument for the strategic
planning process of the Centro Universitário Geraldo Di Biase-UGB. From a
theoretical referential concerning strategic planning, management of institutions
of higher education and environmental analysis, were discussed and defined, in
meetings with officials from the rectory, teachers and students of the institution,
the mission of UGB, its principles and values, its internal and external
environment and the vision of the future of the Centre. These definitions were
consolidated in the Plan presented here.
