This paper aims to examine through the employee perception, the level of satisfaction at the work ambient in a small rental cab company called Novo Rio Volks. It was studied concepts, models and fundaments about Quality of Life at Work. It was investigated which indicators about Quality of Life at Work had most relevance for the company. Then, it was identified which of these indicators had most impact between the employees satisfaction and in the end it was measured the level of their satisfaction. At the end of the paper, it was proposed actions and ways to improve the employees satisfaction level, through the final results.
