Resumo:
The volunteering work is a topic increasingly discussed in organizations. Its importance and benefits to the company, for employees and for the benefit are the factors that motivate a company to implement the volunteer program. At SC Johnson was no different, the program has been emerging gradually and today enjoys several children and staff. The volunteering program at SC Johnson began with actions in celebrations such as Easter, Children s Day and Christmas and now has monthly shares. The study presents the look of the employees of SC Johnson regarding the motivation to perform volunteer work and its importance to the company in question.
