Resumo:
Based on an extensive theoretical referential, this work begins defining services in order to study the relationship between clients and third part companies, focusing in which actions third part companies should adopt to provide fulfillment for their customers. The topic was chosen since the author is also the owner of a company in this area. Facing that, a descriptive research was developed using administration analysis theories through a case study on the corporative environment of the company Refrigeração Rio Barra, seeking to obtain improvements on the customer care service. Looking to minimize the critical factors of dissatisfaction and administrate corrective actions, a survey was applied to the company s customers. According to the results, Rio Barra was able to increase their staff, create a new position, and formulate a check list document that describes step by step the tasks procedures, trying to improve and register most of the offered services, making employees to follow and be responsible for the provided services.
