Resumo:
This paper is a study of some types of fixed income investments available in Brazil. It aims to analyze which one has the biggest net profitability – after deducting the fees and the Income Tax of the profits – in the period between May 14th, 2013 and May 14th, 2014. Among the analyzed investments there are: assets of Tesouro Direto – LFT, LTN, NTN-B, NTN-B Principal NTN-C e NTN-F – , debentures, CDB, LCA, LCI and savings. Each kind of investment had its characteristics presented along with their advantages and disadvantages. After some calculations, the net profitabilities were analyzed and compared and the result enabled the study conclusion.
