Resumo:
The main focus of this study is try to understand if the trading model of a recruitment company called SThree attends the principles of negotiation in broadcast negotiation model developed by Harvard University. The professionals who participated in this research are recruitment specialists working in Progressive Global Energy or Huxley Associates in Brazil, both belonging to the SThree group. This holding company is one of the world leader in recruitment market and currently has offices in 18 different countries, 40 cities and a total of 58 offices worldwide. 21 completed questionnaires were obtained and by the analysis of the results it can be concluded that the model of enterprise bargaining of SThree, based of Harvard negation Program (win-win),is not applied in its fullness by employees in Brazil.
