This project aims to present solutions for acquiring data from a human powered bicycle, in order to apply them to the longitudinal and lateral dynamics mathematical models , developed during the Modeling of Dynamic Systems and Control Systems courses, taught by Professor Mauro Speranza Neto.
The mathematical models are briefly presented, in order to identify all parameters that must be measured. It is possible than to apply measuring methods to obtain the necessary parameters to fully describe the vehicle for its use in the model.
Finally, an embedded acquiring system is proposed, so as to obtain the dynamic variables, among them the main inputs and outputs of the model, so as to make possible to analyze the vehicle behavior in different situations.
