This study aimed to understand how the children of the class C influence their parents when they purchase toys. To achieve this, it was necessary to conduct a qualitative research, divided into three steps (observation, interviews with parents and interviews with employees of a toy store). The analysis discusses the main reasons why parents choose a particular toy for your children, the reasons why they consider the opinions of their children at the time of purchase, how and with which tricks children convince their parents to buy the desired object and the frequency that these influences occur.
