Resumo:
This work aims to make a value assessment of the Port of Rio de Janeiro by the use of DCF Enterprise model. Throughout the development of the study are explored the importance of maritime modal for brazilian foreign trade and how the law 12.850/13 will influence the sector in Brazil. In addition, we contextualize the Port of Rio de Janeiro on the map of sea navigation, including analysis of the current and future infrastructure. And from macroeconomic assumptions established, it was possible to project the future cash flows, discounted at the weighted average cost of capital, calculated throughout the study. The development of the model, given these assumptions, reaches a final value of almost 7 billion real to the public terminals of the Port of Rio de Janeiro.
