This study aims to research and understand, from the perception of the employees of the Alpha consulting, the deployment tool transfer and retention of knowledge helps reduce the impacts caused by the departure of an employee, from the point of view of knowledge loss. In this new society post-capitalist (Drucker, 2000) knowledge appears as a key resource and its management is highlighted in the corporate environment of uncertainty and intense competition. Through qualitative research , Alpha company employees were interviewed and demonstrated understanding of the subject , revealed an organizational culture of valuing knowledge , uses specific management tools, awareness of the impacts generated by high staff turnover and divided opinions regarding minimize these impacts by adopting management tools and finally, some recommendations were suggested to the company and for further studies .
