Resumo:
The present study deals with the elements considered important by professionals in organizations. In other words, it attempts to identify which of them are actually differencials to people when choosing their working positions within the professional market. The history of administration was analyzed in order to understand how was the transition of the way entrepreneurs manage corporations. In the past, the profit was seen as the only goal, and the financial side was superior to the human resources. Today, the human relationship has a much greater weight in the way businesses are run: dialogue, pleasant environment, integration and quality of life are among the pillars which entrepreneurs want to implement in their companies.
