Resumo:
In the current context, the challenge of competitive macroeconomic environment, their constant changes and new working relations have increased the value of entrepreneurship as a new form of action for the economic growth. Therefore, there is a need to develop new economic actors: the entrepreneurs. Facing this scenario, universities play an important role in the enhancement of entrepreneurial training through different initiatives, from where the junior enterprises stand out. Since we are dealing with a complex context, some level of difficult to define the competences of the entrepreneur and the importance of entrepreneurial training, this study describes how the work experience at Empresa Júnior PUC-Rio contributes to the development of entrepreneurial profile, what will be done in the view of its own members. Data collection was based on interviews with current members of the EJ PUC -Rio. Their speeches indicate that the Empresa Júnior PUC-Rio encourages the development of entrepreneurial skills, through factors such as freedom and autonomy, error tolerance, diversity of learning opportunities, constant challenges, new initiatives and the creation of an entrepreneurial ecosystem. The comparison between theory and practical daily activities allows us to discuss a possible gap in the development and management of business processes.
