The fortification of the Brazilian capital markets is steady for the past years through the economic stability. In this scenario, the evaluation of companies becomes even more important. This study aims to analyze Klabin Inc, a company opened on the stock market, through the evaluation of discounted cash flow with the objective of discussing the investment beneath the view of the shareholder.
It is presented the theory that bases the most used evaluation method of the financial markets with your qualities and limitations, as well as the estimated fair value of the company with the purpose of defining the investment or disinvestment strategy.
