Resumo:
The control and/or supervision of a system is commonly structured in an architecture that involves a central node and some end nodes. Often, physical issues or even the nature of the process to be controlled/supervised requires that nodes be far from each other or in places difficult to reach, these characteristics can cause the cost of a project to get too high because of wires that need to be placed. Cases like that and others in which wires represent an inconvenience, wireless network to implement the necessary communication become an interesting alternative. The case described is the motivation to this work, which deals with the supervision of a remote system making use of a wireless network. In order to build this project the following components were used: transceivers MRF24J40, from Microchip, and two different microcontrollers, to increase the usability of the network.
