The woman got her space in the labor market and has achieved higher positions with more responsibilities and requirements. Companies have become increasingly demanding with deadlines and targets, increasing the demands on its employees, including women, several times, have to reduce their time with family to meet its commitments to the company. Because women have spent much of their time at work, it is important that organizations worry about the quality of work life (QWL) that is giving your employees. Analyze the impact between work and family roles of women and the QWL offered to employees of an insurance company is the purpose of this study
