More and more public opinion defines whether certain product is accepted or rejected by general public and, nowadays, opinions are exposed in different social networks. Featured the social network Twitter, since it only allows a 140 characters entry in each comment, therefore opinions are expressed in a more direct and sincere manner.
With that in mind, this paper was developed so that suppliers of those products could filter a social network searching for comments on their products specifically and evaluate the public opinion referring to it.
This paper, in full, consists on the development and analysis of a program that utilizes data mining to filter the social network Twitter and then analyses its comments in order to classify its sentiments, utilizing sentimentanalysis techniques.
