Resumo:
This project consists of seeking to optimize productivity in one of the processes of the ophthalmic lens production lines, specifically the surfacing area. The performance will be in loading trays for CNC generating machines making your jobs. Therefore, it is possible to stack until ten trays, then the machine cut uninterruptedly without presence of an operator, to feed the machines. In addition, the system follows NR-12 safety standards, lamps when the system is working, and when stopped. Also, check if the system is operating and the door opened, the system stops operating, until the door is closed again, and emergency button. Therefore, all the project structure is made to optimize production, and heed the safety of operators and maintenance technicians.
