This work aims to build a marketing plan for a nonprofit core training and development of professional Volleyball athletes, providing social inclusion of young people from poor communities. The research objective was to determine whether there is a market for the sport Volleyball and the associated trademarks by the consumer for the sport of Volleyball, thus justifying the decision on the preparation of the marketing plan and investment potential of companies sponsoring the project. Hence, the bibliography has been extracted from books covering topics such as Marketing Services, Sports Marketing, Marketing Principles and Marketing Plan. Data collection was based on secondary data from a survey conducted for the existing confederation of Volleyball. After collection of data and its analysis, it was concluded that there is a large audience interested in Volleyball, justifying the structuring of the marketing plan and the investment of potential sponsors.
