In recent years, The organizations open the doors for Generation Y who start their careers with good study base, but little practical knowledge and personal characteristics of different organizational cultures. The study aims to reach a diagnosis if Generation Y has already empowered to act in the organizations of XXI Century. For this, was adopted a methodology of descriptive nature, where the data were collected through a questionnaire that presented results that have as a base and meet the literatures considered on this work.
