Resumo:
This study aims to identify which is the consumer perceptions of pharmacies how offers perfumes at that point of sale. Were analyzed concepts related to consumer behavior, retail, and study the product itself. Two types of surveys were made: consumer questionnaires and observation research to the point of sale. Was confirmed with research that consumers have the habit of buying perfume, but do not think in pharmacies as potential store for purchase.
