This study has the objective of identifying the actual situation of the company Reserva in the wholesale market, throughout the implementation of Reserva Road Show program. The program consists on a tool for relationship with retailers of the brand and a field research of this market. The research was made by visiting company’s internal departments and throughout nine visits to Reserva’s retailers, making it possible for obtaining information about the company’s activities in this market, about the retail market in general and directions for Reserva’s future decisions.
