Resumo: | |||||||||||||
Study of the Standard Terminology and Guidelines to the Project Management in a Secondary Project Management Office is a research about the project management theme, which proposes to identify relevant information about a secondary project office.In present reality, the change is a key-factor for a company to remain competitive as time goes by. An urge for projects inside the companies is then intensified. This happens due to the fact that projects are the main tool for changing inside the companies, and, therefore the demand for the usage of the PMO is ever growing by the business units. However the long waiting on the queue for the usage of the PMO is bringing those business units to create their own PMOs inside their structure. This study has as the main objective, to understand which are the main challenges and issues in a secondary project management office of the Y Company.
