This present document aims to analyze the main perceived impacts on employee performance area BackOffice with the implementation of a new style of leadership in a multinational company in the field of health, Coloplast do Brasil Ltda, located in the city of Rio de Janeiro. It was identify the impacts on the personal development of employees based on the deployment of a new style of leadership. Therefore, it has forward the concepts of leadership styles, performance evaluation and human behavioral theories. The study analyzed that the leadership styles of the current executive and former executive, the style preferred by the team and staff performance reviews in 2010 and 2011. It was found that there was an alignment between the style adopted by current executive and style demanded by this team generating a significant impact on human performance in the organization.
