Resumo:
This work has the objective to identify and describe the barriers and facilitating conditions of learning in organizations, using a deployment project of a new management technology in a Telecom company. For that we used as the basis of references and documentary research and a case study conducted through interviews with guidelines for project participants. Thus it was possible to propose measures that the company can explore to minimize difficulties and maximize learning opportunities.
