This paper presents the career trajectory of Business professionals who work in the Third Sector, and intends to outline career models that can be used as inspiration for future managers. Therefore, it was analyzed the building process of these professional’s careers, verifying their profiles and linking to
consolidated career theories in the field of Business. In addition, it was also analyzed the perception these individuals have of the Third Sector as a career option, investigating in which extent their experiences led these individuals to professional satisfaction.
