Resumo:
This study intends to analyze if the factory customization is one of the main reasons why the members of Novo Uno Clube choose for buying Fiat Novo Uno. Through participatory and qualitative surveys, this study aims to analyze the purchasing behavior of these individuals, what motivates them to customize their vehicle, the value that the car has to these consumers, the reason why they have enrolled in this virtual forum and the influence that the club exerts on the members as customizing their cars. Were also analyzed the main factory customization items that the main competitors of Novo Uno offer to Brazilian consumers.
