This study aims to analyze the capacity of a company in the business graph to execute your objectives - key. The work was developed with the objective of showing the importance of management by objectives within the organizational environment. The research was focused on the approach Covey (2005), which assesses the organization s capacity to concentrate and perform their priorities, and analyzed by means of the questionnaire Qx, aspects related to the achievement of objectives within the company.
