Resumo:
When in field situations deploying ultra-sonic inspection equipment (manly autonomous ones) it is helpful to be able to check the US emission of the transducers mounted on the probe. This would avoid the waste of time and money with a run already ill-fated due to bad heads or even a halt frozen system. A small, cheap and simple of operate indicator is proposed on this work having the capabilities to indicate the operations of a US head in few seconds, capturing the minutes US pulses emitted and giving a visual go-no-go response. It can be kept inside a pocket and operates with 2 AA cells that last hundreds of hours. A must have when launching a US PIG or any US probe.
