Resumo:
This study aims to analyze the impact of interpersonal relationships in the corporative environment of a small family business. The company chosen as the object of study is the retail chain of sporting goods stores Pro Shop Artigos Esportivos LTDA, located in the south of the city of Rio de Janeiro. To reach the results, is made a literature search of several authors on topics related to interpersonal relationships in family businesses, and an exploratory and descriptive, with family members who work in this organization. By the conclusions obtained by the analyzes of the results, it’s proposed some practices to be adopted by the founders, aiming to improve the processes and results of the company and seeking good relations between people.
