This study aims to identify by analysis of the logistics network, where is inserted the Post Office, which factors most influence the growth of Reverse Logistics Post, consumers demanding their rights, companies wanting to improve the degree of relationship with their customers and loyalty through them, or both.
The study analyzes the behavior of the final consumer (direct chain), today more aware of their rights than in the past century and how companies could achieve better satisfaction and loyalty as a result of the consumer, providing you a service Logistics Reverse post-sale.
