Project Management became very important in the last few years, but was also critisized for being too unflexible and burocratic. Some companies as well as professionals, started to adapt this management to their realities, and from one of those adaptations, the Agile Project Management was born. In the search for solutions in a world of new needs, globalized and more competitive every day, the APM comes to fulfill that need. In this work were enterviewed project managers from different Project tipes and companies, comparing their answers to what we have in books and articles. Also was analyzed a project with the agile view and it was evaluated if the Agile Management can be used in general tipes of project, and not only in IT projects.
