The present document aimed to study the influence of Corporate Structure centralized or decentralized over employees motivation in a company of construction sector. It was studied the case of QueirozGalvãoDesenvolvimentoImobiliário, located in the City of Rio de Janeiro, and sought to understand if the Company structure were centralized or decentralized and how does it affect the people motivation. The concepts presented in this study are: organization, organizational behavior, centralization, decentralization, and also the concepto f motivation.
